Why set up Snow-Camp?

The cost of a ski or snowboard trip means that the majority of young people from low-income families miss out on the incredible experience of mountain activities and environments. We believe it is precisely these young people who would benefit most from this opportunity.

Snow-Camp offers disadvantaged young people the chance to learn to ski or snowboard, have great fun in the process andenjoy a week of contrasting environments – away from from the pressure of the inner city in an environment of extreme natural beauty in the French Alps. We strongly believe that these experiences combine to positively impact young people from difficult backgrounds – helping to build confidence, self-esteem and further their personal development.
